These bases are characterized by a low profile, imparting a stylish sleekness to your firearm. When paired with Warne Maxima QD Rings, they enable the shooter to use the open sights by simply looking over the top of the bases, without disturbing the conventional shooting position.
The Maxima Bases come with a full-width recoil slot in each base, a feature that facilitates the recoil control keys of Warne Rings to achieve optimal bearing surface. They are widely compatible and fit perfectly with a range of firearms including but not limited to - Browning AB3 long & short action, HS Precision Savage Style long & short action with 8-40 screws, Pierce actions with 8-40 screws, Savage 110 BA, Savage 110 FCP and Savage's latest 110 short & long actions with 8-40 screws.
