The TriStar 24119 is a versatile .410 gauge gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun with a 26-inch barrel and an overall weight of 5.7 lbs. It features a distinguishable walnut finish. This shotgun is designed to handle everything from light target loads to heavy waterfowl loads effortlessly. It also features a removable choke system with Beretta Mobile threads, accompanied by three choke tubes (IC M F), a choke box, and a choke wrench.
At its core, it offers a Turkish Walnut stock and forearm, tastefully adorned with cut checkering and a semi-gloss finish. Additionally, it includes a rubber recoil pad which is backed by a five-year mechanical warranty for your peace of mind. The shotgun's key features include a manual E-Z load magazine cut-off and a Vent Rib complete with a matted sight plane.
Also included is a vibrant Fiber Optic Sight, a 5-round magazine shot plug, and a chrome-lined chamber and barrel. The quick shot plug removal feature is particularly noteworthy, along with the inclusion of 3 Beretta-style choke tubes (IC, M, F). The action of the shotgun is a gas-powered semi-automatic. The bolt remains open after the last round is fired, allowing for an easy transition to the next round.
When it comes to safety, the primary safety is conveniently situated on the backside of the trigger guard. Once engaged, it blocks the trigger, hammer lever, and hammer, immobilizing the firing mechanism. The shotgun features a tubular, bottom-loading magazine. You will find a shot plug installed when it arrives, which can be easily removed by unscrewing the magazine cap. To replace the plug, simply reinsert it and replace the magazine cap.
