This series was conceptualized and designed for the sport of mounted shooting by experts Denny Chapman, a seasoned mounted shooter, and Wild West Showman Deke Rivers.
Offered in both stainless steel and blue finish, the Runnin' Iron sports a low-and-wide hammer spur, a checkered one-piece walnut grip, and a large trigger. These attributes make Runnin' Iron the lightest and most proficient gun currently available in the shooting sports market for mounted shooting. Moreover, every Taylor Tuned Runnin' Iron comes out-of-the-box ready to shoot with hand-polishing and our custom spring setup included.
