Introducing the Taurus 1-GX4CRP941-10 1GX4CRP94110 / 1-GX4CRP94110. As a step up from the renowned GX4, the GX4 Carry has been specifically upgraded to include the features customers have voiced a desire for. The most exciting enhancement? The Tactical Optical Ready Option (T.O.R.O), purposed for mounting accessories like the Holosun K-series footprint. Furthermore, the GX4 Carry now includes a much anticipated accessory rail ideal for adding weapon mounted lighting.
Notably, the GX4 Carry sets itself apart with stellar ergonomics, providing a selection of three backstrap options. Fitted by gun users for gun users, the grip offers optimal contact area in compact form. With a 10-round capacity stored directly in the grip, the GX4 Carry rivals the space efficiency of significantly bigger pistols which are harder to conceal.
Now to the basics: the GX4 Carry is a 9mm Luger with a capacity of 10 rounds. It comes with two magazines, a fixed front sight and a drift adjustable rear sight. This Taurus gun operates with SAO action type and boasts a compact frame size.
Other admirable features include: an easy take down pin for disassembly, a flat face serrated trigger for comfort and control, magazine and grip cuts for easier magazine ejection if required, and a Picatinny Rail. The magazine release is reversible and the weapon features a signature recoil management pad (RMP) and indexer. Thanks to the Taurus Optic Ready Option (T.O.R.O), it supports optics mounting.
Dimensions and specifics are as follows: a barrel length of 3.06 inches, overall length of 6.40 inches, overall height of 5.15 inches, total width of 1.08 inches, and a weight of 21.51 ounces when unloaded. The barrel features a twist rate of 1:10 inch RH, and contains six groves.
In terms of materials, the frame is made of stainless steel with a matte finish, the slide consists of alloy steel with a gas nitride finish, and the barrel is comprised of stainless steel with a satin black DLC coating.
