Introducing the Strike Industries SPBUS: A breakthrough in sighting systems purpose-built for the AR platform. Affordable yet curated with ergonomic features, it serves as a compact low-profile embedded sighting system but with a bonus of additional built-in sights when flipped down. Need speed in high stakes situations? No worries, with SPBUS, you have backup sights on your backup sights in a jiffy.
The material selection for SPBUS sights embodies the perfect balance of weight and durability. Utilizing advanced SI Polymer Extreme material, they're coupled with a steel mounting tab and insert, ensuring they can stand up to any rough handling or wear and tear. If you have a Picatinny rail, that's all you need for a quick, hassle-free installation in mere minutes.
Each sight is cleverly designed to flip down comfortably low, making certain they don't obstruct your view or snag on your gear when not in use. An additional safety feature includes the absence of an internal spring, which eliminates the risk of accidentally deploying the sights when not needed. Because the SPBUS sights stand slightly taller than the standard A2 sights (by 2.3mm or 0.09"), they're optimized for pairing together to ensure the best performance.
True to the SPBUS promise of ease and usability, zeroing the sights or making adjustments is a breeze. The rear sight integrates a straightforward knob for altering windage while the front sight elevation can be tweaked swiftly without needing any tools. The rear SPBUS houses dual apertures, one at 4.70mm (0.19") for a longer eye relief, low-light conditions, and hastier target acquisition; and another at 1.75mm (0.07") for shorter eye relief and precise accuracy. Just a quick slide up or down in the rear sight is enough to switch to the desired aperture.
