The distinguishing feature of the Mannlicher Pro Hunter is the cutting-edge Safe Bolt System. This exclusive safety function offers three settings, controlled by a simple turn of the wheel switch located on the stock's tang. An additional function is the innovative two-stage magazine securing mechanism. In the first stage, it locks the magazine in place while still enabling the bolt to function, but it does not engage and chamber the rounds. This innovative system allows the user to load rounds individually with the convenience of having a full magazine instantly available.
This robust rifle model comes with a 20" barrel complete with a durable, black Mannox metal finish. It is chambered to shoot 7mm-08 Remington rounds, ensuring reliable performance every time.
