The Steiner 7001, also known as the TOR Fusion, is a meticulously crafted device combining a rail-mounted white light and an aiming laser specifically designed to fit pistols. Due to its compact design, it can comfortably fit into almost all commercially available holsters. The ambidextrous design incorporates left and right fire buttons, thereby catering to all users.

The TOR Fusion has been engineered to military specifications, ensuring its reliability under harsh weather conditions and rigorous operational environments. Its robust construction includes a Type III hard-anodized machined aluminum housing, illustrating its resilience and durability. This device is encased within a rail mount and an illuminator bezel while boasting a dustproof seal to protect against ambient particles. In addition to being splash-proof, it has been rated to fulfill IP54 standards.

Suitable for nocturnal use or environments with poor lighting conditions, the TOR Fusion's cool white LED and total internal reflector provide a uniformly lit circular spot, accompanied by wide-angle flood lighting for enhanced situational awareness. The unit's universal rail mount is adaptable to any pistol that features a Picatinny or Weaver style rail forward of the trigger guard.
