The Spyderco C10FPGR is a product of Spyderco's commitment to CQI - Constant Quality Improvement. Spyderco has updated and upgraded the Endura and Delica lines multiple times throughout its CQI journey, with changes aimed at refining blade steels, tweaking ergonomics, and fine-tuning performance across the board.

The knife features screw construction, thereby making it easier to clean and adjust. The handles are composed of fiberglass-reinforced nylon and are molded with Bi-Directional Texturing, providing optimal traction and enhanced ergonomics. Inside the handle, dual skeletonized stainless steel liners strengthen the knife without adding unnecessary weight, serving as a firm anchor for all external and internal components to attach, and thus adding to its sturdiness and rigidity.

The VG-10 blades of the knife are flat saber-ground and designed with a stronger tip and larger 13mm opening hole. To ensure a secure grip, slip-resistant jimping is added to the blade's spine. The knife incorporates phosphor bronze washers to create a smooth open/close action, and the clip has been upgraded to a four-way design, allowing for tip-up, tip-down, left-handed, or right-handed usage.
