The Sig Sauer M17 is one heck of a nice pistol! This particular model was offered to the U.S. military and was awarded the contract as the new service pistol. With that being said, this pistol has been extensively tested and proven tough in various environments. These particular pistols are in excellent surplus condition with most bordering new. We are not sure what the story is precisely on these pistols, but from what we can tell, they were barely used. This is a fantastic opportunity to get a proven pistol at an even better price point.
