The Legion P229 is finished in a Cerakote Elite Legion gray coating, custom G-10 grips with a Legion medallion, the new SIG SAUER Electro-Optics X-RAY high visibility day/night sights and will ship with three magazines. The P229 in DA/SA include a reduced and contoured Elite beavertail, which allows for a higher grip, but a reduced profile, thus eliminating printing. More aggressive front strap checkering and additional checkering under the trigger guard enhance the grip.

The Sig Sauer P229 Legion Massachusetts Compliant (10 Round) is finished in Legion gray PVD coating and trimmed out with custom G-10 grips embellished with SIG’s Legion medallion. Sig Sauer’s P229 Legion sports their Electro-Optics X-RAY high visibility day/night sights and ships with three 10 Rd magazines. Every P229 Legion includes a reduced, and contoured, Elite beavertail for a higher grip and a reduced profile that assists to eliminate printing. Sig’s P229 Legion has aggressive front strap checkering with additional checkering under the trigger guard to enhance the grip. This Legion also includes an X-Five undercut added to the trigger guard, allowing for greater control with a higher grip. Front cocking serrations provide greater purchase for cycling the P229’s action, clearing the firearm, or conducting press checks. Each Sig P229 Legion also features low profile de-cocking and slide catch levers to reduce the risk of snagging. An enhanced polished action, with the SRT (Short-Reset Trigger), is augmented with a Grayguns, Inc., P-SAIT trigger along with a solid steel guide rod adds weight to the P229 Legion where it matters most.
