PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Sierra Bullets 1100: Varminter Bullets are specifically designed to offer swift expansion and guarantee immediate kills on large varmints and small game. They are crafted with thin yet robust jackets to encourage expansion, while also possessing enough strength to endure the top muzzle velocities of the cartridges they are tailored for.

The bullets within this classification come in different forms including hollow point (HP), spitzer pointed flat base (SPT), and semi-pointed (SMP). The bullets tagged as Blitz are made for medium velocity, specifically under 3600 fps. Hornet bullets, on the other hand, are engineered to consistently expand within the 2500 to 2800 fps velocity bracket. However, they can also be loaded in cartridges that generate a muzzle velocity of up to 3500 fps.

At the speed achieved by a 223 Remington, the Hornet transforms into an explosive "Blitz" style Varminter.
