The Strike Industries ARECN&EEPFDE, which includes an Enhanced Castle Nut and Extended End plate combo, is a cut above your average parts kit in both design and utility. The castle nut is fashioned from robust steel and deliberately extended to align with the extended end plate, bolstering the support for more of the receiver extension threaded area and enhancing the unit's overall look.
In addition, the extended end plate is fitted with a Quick Detach sling swivel mount, positioned strategically away from the hand's webbing. This design consideration ensures ease of weapon manipulation in confined spaces or during stressful scenarios, eliminating the sudden pain that often occurs when hands get pinched using slings attached to standard, flat QD end plates.
