The receiver of the SCCY CPX-3CBCR is constructed from 7075 T6 aircraft grade heat treated aluminum alloy. It features a Zytel polymer frame with a unique recoil cushion on the backstrap for added comfort and control.
The slide is expertly machined from stainless steel and comes with an overmolded polymer extension made from Zytel, ensuring ease of operation. As a DAO (Double Action Only), it features an internal hammer with an inertial firing pin, providing an additional safety measure to prevent accidental discharge.
The handgun offers a smooth, consistent 9-pound trigger pull. Each SCCY CPX-3CBCR comes complete with two 10-round magazines that have finger extensions bases installed. Additionally, it includes two flat magazine bases.
