These Russian / Romanian Flare Launchers are importable into the country because of their civilian intended use as a signal launcher. The quality in this makes it far better built than any surplus unit ever made. This model is a 26.5 mm (4 gauge) launcher with a 6" barrel. This flare launcher requires NO licenses as the BATFE Tech Branch has reviewed and designated this a nonweapon and not a firearm as long as it is used as intended. This unit is designed to be a life-saving signaling device, for flares and smoke rounds only! Don't hesitate to own something truly unique! Does NOT come with any flares!
These original Russian / Romanian Flare Launchers are fantastic to have and truly unique. These are ideal for a bugout bag, emergency boating kit, or anything other application where you would need a flare launcher. These exhibit all-steel construction, and are far more durable than the modern plastic models found in outdoor stores. These are in NRA surplus good condition and features Bakelite grips. This particular model is chambered in 26.5mm (4 gauge) and also features 6" barrel.
