PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ruger 40178: The Ruger Mk IV is the standard for quality target pistols. This model comes with a threaded heavy target barrel that is ready to accept a Silent-SR suppressor. It has a one-button takedown for quick and easy field-stripping and proper chamber-to-muzzle cleaning. Pressing a button in the back of the frame allows the barrel-receiver assembly to tilt up and off the grip frame without the use of tools. It has a one-piece, precision CNC-machined grip frame and the barrel is a cold hammer-forged barrel with ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy and longevity. The smoothly contoured, comfortable grip features a natural pointing grip angle with replaceable grip panels for a non-slip hold. This pistol has an internal cylindrical bolt construction that ensures permanent sight-to-barrel alignment and higher accuracy potential than conventional moving-slide designs. The sighting system features a drilled and tapped receiver for Weaver- or Picatinny-style rail for easy mounting of optics. It also features an ambidextrous manual safety and can be converted to left-side only with the included washer, a magazine disconnect, (2) 10 round magazines and a plastic hard case.
