About the Pistol
This fantastic pistol features impressive ergonomics to include a crisp trigger, 1911-style ambidextrous safety, robust slide release, and reversible magazine release making this pistol genuinely ambidextrous. The through-hardened, billet steel slide with lightening cuts is drilled and tapped for easy mounting of optics with a separately available optic adapter plate, making this pistol as full-featured as they come. This excellent pistol also features windage and elevation adjustable rear sight with fiber optic front sights. The alloy steel barrel features a black nitride that is extremely durable and features a treatment for wear resistance. The easy to grip textured ergonomic frame provides a secure and comfortable grip for long days spent at the range, or for shooting in less than ideal conditions. The Secure Action fire control combines Ruger’s reliable and proven internal hammer with a short, crisp trigger pull and a positive reset. This pistol is also incredibly safe, featuring an easy takedown with no tools or trigger pull required. The inspection port allows for visual confirmation of a loaded or empty chamber. This pistol also features a Picatinny-style rail making it ready to accept lights or laser accessories of your choice — ships with two 20-round double-stack steel magazines.
