Ruger 26918: Designed to ensure every hunting expedition is successful, Ruger's American Rifle offers exceptional accuracy. It's equipped with a one-piece, three-lug bolt with a 70-degree throw, providing sufficient scope clearance. The rifle features a full diameter bolt body and dual cocking cams for seamless, comfortable cycling. A standout feature of the American Rifle is its patent-pending Power Bedding. This integral bedding block system securely positions the receiver and free-floats the barrel, resulting in superior accuracy.
The ergonomic, lightweight synthetic stock is complemented by a soft rubber buttpad for stress-free handling. It masterfully combines a traditional look with modern forend contouring and grip serrations. This model also comes with a Ruger Marksman adjustable trigger, a cold hammer-forged barrel, and a tang safety.
The Predator model of the American Rifle includes a heavy tapered, threaded barrel and a one-piece aluminum scope rail. The model for left-handed shooters is available in 308 Winchester.
