The RCBS 28701 is a comprehensive two-die set designed specifically for reloading bottleneck cases. This set includes a Full-Length Sizer Die equipped with an Expander-Decapping Unit and a Seater Die furnished with a Bullet Seater Plug.
The Full-Length Sizer Die enhances the functionality by bringing the case to Saami minimum cartridge dimensions, sizing the outside of the case, de-priming, and expanding the neck to accommodate the bullet. This particular die is also designed with vents to mitigate case damage resulting from trapped air and excess lubricant, and it keenly maintains headspace within minimal tolerances to prevent altering case body length during the sizing process.
The included Seater Die features an integrated roll crimper, providing the convenience of securing the bullet simultaneously as it is seated.
