The PWS 22-C116RA1B is a MK116 Compound rifle that perfectly blends together a Mod 1 upper with the Mk1 Mod 2 Lower. This powerful weapon employs PWS's innovative Long Stroke Piston System, armed with a 3-setting adjustable gas regulator. The rifle boasts a caliber of .223 Wylde and a barrel length of 16.1 inches.
Featuring a mid-length gas system, its barrel carries a twist rate of 1:8. With the ability to achieve a muzzle velocity of 2980fps, this rifle establishes itself as a force to be reckoned with. The MK116’s muzzle device is the potent and efficient PWS FSC 556. The upper receiver is comprised of PWS Proprietary Piston Upper T6 7075 that is forged anodized.
The handguard is a strategically designed PWS M-Lok 15.05 Handguard with 1.7 width and 2.25 height. The rifle includes a Radian Raptor Ambidextrous Charging Handle in its setup. The lower receiver is PWS's ambidextrous MK1 MOD 2-M Multi-Caliber Lower T6 7075, forged anodized, and AR-15 compatible.
Dependably toting a Mil-Spec Enhanced PTFE Coated trigger, the MK116 hosts a trigger pull weight that ranges between 5.5 to 6.5 lbs. The buffer tube is a PWS enhanced version with a ratchet lock castle nut and end plate set that features a built-in QD mount. Furthermore, the rifle is furnished with PWS's Enhanced H2 Steel Body Buffer.
The MK116 is not only known for its reliable functionality but also for its impressive furniture. It has Bravo Company US Buttstock and Pistol Grip, only adding to its overall expert manufacturing and ultimate performance.
