Polish Tantal AK-74 Rifle, Semi-Auto 5.45x39 VZ88 By J.R.A.

The Tantal was originally built as a selective fire, gas piston operated weapon that fires the 5.45×39mm round. It was the standard military assault rifle designed and produced in Poland in the late 1980's. It is a variant of AK74 rifle, and was used by the Polish military until 2005.
These semiautomatic rifles, built by James River Armory on original grade A Tantal  parts kits, have new U.S. made receivers and barrels, Tapco trigger groups, and US made magazines. The fire control selector lever located on the left side of the receiver wall which originally enabled fully automatic fire, is still present though it is disabled on these semi-auto only models.
Rifles accept all standard AK-74 magazines regardless of country of origin.
