The Phase 5 Weapon Systems FATMAN9MM presents the FATman Hex Brake, a solution engineered to address the hurdles experienced by competition shooters and precision rifle creators. This device is equipped with two extensive (FAT) ventilated baffles and chambers that deliver the requisite compensation to minimise the overall recoil felt by the shooter.

In addition, the FATman Hex Brake is designed with double top ports, angled at 20 degrees forward. These top ports are crafted to direct the spent gas energy in a way that consistently produces a flat result, shot after shot. A unique aspect of the FATman Hex Brake is the location of the first chamber wall, which sits as close to the barrel crown plane as possible.
