The Nosler 16318 is a model belonging to the Nosler Partition bullet line, skillfully engineered with an ideal length, weight, and ogive design. This guarantees optimal in-flight and terminal performance. Its fully tapered copper-alloy jacket is designed to rupture swiftly at the thin mouth. However, the gradual thickening along the bullet's axis ensures control over expansion and causes the jacket to curl out uniformly at both high and low velocities.
Moreover, the Nosler's integral partition supports the expanded mushroom and maintains the rear lead alloy core. The enclosed rear core preserves more than half the original bullet weight, resulting in deep penetration. The bullet also features special crimp locks which are specifically designed to withstand the pressure of heavy magnums while resisting deformation.
