RF85 Nano Technology Coating

Utilizing unrivaled technology, Anderson Manufacturing has created the only rifle in the world that does not require lubrication. It will never, ever need oil. The RF85 nanotechnology is permanently embedded into the molecular fabric of the metal. A protective barrier is formed under the heat and pressure of usage, which causes the calcium particles to elongate, which in turn eliminates the need for lubrication. Most importantly, the absence of oils that collect carbon byproducts allows your rifle to fire with 85% less friction and 23% faster action. chambered in .223/5.56, comes with a 16" Chrome Moly Vanadium Steel M4 contour barrel with a 1-8 twist and can stabilize a wide variety of ammo. This carbine-length gas-powered rifle features proven components, such as a bolt crafted from 9310 steel and chrome-lined carriers crafted from 8620 steel. The rifle comes standard with Anderson's proprietary 17-4 stainless steel match grade trigger and hammer. Anderson Upper Receivers
are machined to military specifications and standards that are compatible with multiple AR-15 calibers. The Upper Receiver assemblies are crafted from a 7075-T6 aluminum forging and machined with M4 feed ramps with a Type III black hard-anodized finish.

Anderson also offers complete, 80%, and partial lower receiver assemblies. The lower receivers are CNC machined from the same 7075 T6 aluminum with a Type III black hard-anodized finish as the upper receivers.
