I like this mount a lot. It is somewhat universal and so far it seems to fit and lock up tightly on virtually all variations of AK rifle if your rifle is equipped with a side rail. This mount will only work with a rifle that comes with a side rail attached to the rifle. Mount itself does not come with a side rail nor do we have them for sale individually. Mounting a side rail to an AK rifle requires extensive gunsmithing. We also carry the throw lever type mount and they work fine but seem to be a little more finicky and to install. You have to adjust the gap to the proper tension before throwing the lever to lock that mount in place and if it is not just right they tend to loosen up with repeated firing, You do not experience that issue with these mounts. Yes, I like the look, the feel, the versatility, and the simplicity of this mount Accepts all stand 1" weaver based rings... Will work with virtually all military or commercial scopes with Bell Objectives up to 50mm. I have seen them used with a ton of 3x9x40's and 3x9x50's. This item would make a great addition to our M77 Rifle, or any of our AK style rifles with side rails.This mount is very similar to our UTG side rail mount and serves exactly the same purpose, however with a little flashier design.One of our best sellers and a truly nice product.
