The IC-SPR variant by LWRC is expertly crafted using premium quality materials. Built on a patented self-regulating short-stroke gas piston system, this model has been machined from super alloy family materials typically used in aerospace. This advanced gas-piston system can be easily accessed by loosening two thumb screws.
Featuring a one-piece Monoforge upper design, the IC-SPR includes an integrated rail-base, enhancing its strength while reducing weight. This design is further complemented by a 12-inch user-configurable rail system. The individual rail sections let shooters place accessory rails as needed, all while maintaining a low-profile, ergonomic fit and function.
Its dual control, fully ambidextrous lower receiver boasts a bolt catch and release, magazine release, and fire control access from both sides of the IC-SPR. The model includes a NiCorr treated, cold hammer-forged, spiral fluted barrel, enhancing the surface area, reducing heat, and accelerating cooling. Coated with Nickel-boron, the bolt carrier provides exemplary wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and permanent lubricity.
The LWRCI IC-SPR package is complete with Skirmish back up iron sights, an ambidextrous charging handle, an adjustable compact stock, and a Magpul MOE+ Grip. It also comes with the LWRCI High Efficiency 4-Prong Flash Hider, consolidating this package as a top-quality offering.
