The Langdon Tactical LTT92CRDOTJ is an innovative offering that boasts the ability to host a Micro Red Dot on a Beretta 92. This formidable task was achieved through the alteration of 5 internal components of the 92 slide and the creation of a tailor-made mounting plate specifically for the Beretta 92, ensuring a proper low mount for a micro red dot optic.
The system created by Langdon provides a dot height that rests exactly .85" above the center of the bore (when coupled with a Trijicon RMR), a height that matches or even surpasses many direct milled striker-fired systems. Highlighting features are present in both the Vertec/M9A3 slide and M9A1 frame.
The slide boasts front cocking serrations, G-Model decocker, stainless barrel with a target crown, solid steel guide rod, and a stylishly beveled rear. An added bonus is the inclusion of a dovetailed fiber optic front sight and square notch serrated rear sight.
The M9A1 frame sports a Langdon exclusive radiused trigger guard, stainless steel trigger, and checkering on both the front and back strap. It also incorporates a skeletonized hammer. Further enhancements in the Elite LTT design include ultra-thin VZ/LTT G10 grips, a beveled magazine well, D model hammer spring, flush main spring cap, and an oversized magazine release button. This model is also accompanied by an LTT Trigger Job, complete with a 13# chrome silicon hammer spring.
