If an AK-74 with gorgeous refinished wood is what your looking for then look no further. This rifle is built on a Childer's CG2 receiver. These receievers are made from authentic parts from the Radom factory in Poland. Starting with a Polish blank and a set of rails from the Radom factory. All holes are machined using CNC to ensure accuracy. The receiver is heat treated in a salt bath to 40 HRC. This receiver uses domed rivets are then hand pressed flush.Professional Aerospace Polished Hammer and APCO Single Hook Trigger make up the internals of the receiver.
The Refinished wood hand guard and buttstock have had all the comsoline removed. Once the comsoline is removed the wood is then hand sanded and stained to give the wood an absolutely stunning appearance.
This AK-74 features a Chrome lined barrel which protects the barrel from corrosion, makes the barrel easier to clean and also extends the life of the barrel.
Rifle ships with 1-30 round AK mag, magazine loader and stripper clip set, sling and magazine pouch. This rifle also carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty by Lee Armory.
Note-Our first small lot of these sold out very quickly and it is easy to understand why. These rifles are just really nice. Lee Armory, much like another vendor we use James River Armory, is not a mass production entity but more of a specialty builder. They concentrate on quality rather than quantity and it shows in every rifle we receive from them.
I don't think you will ever see us with a large number of these rifles in stock at any given time, but when we do have them you can bet they are really well made. The guys in the warehouse always run to inspect them whenever they see Lee Armory on the box. As I have said before, they are a jaded bunch, but they love these rifles.
