The barrel on this model in hammer-forged, chrome-lined, and is free-floated inside a URX-4 M-Lok handguard. An E3 round-lug bolt design enhances function and increases bolt life far beyond the industry standard. This model also offers a plethora of features such as an Ambi bolt release, Ambi selector lever, and magazine release offers left-handed shooters ergonomic advantages not found on most production rifles. The two-stage trigger aids in precision marksmanship while simultaneously reducing split times shooting at close range. The 3-Prong Flash Eliminator on this rifle interferes with propellant gas combustion forward of the muzzle to significantly reduce flash, and will not ring upon firing or when struck, and is compatible with the Knights Armament line of QDC Signature Reduction Devices.
