The Hi-Point 4095TS 40 S&W carbine features a weather-resistant, black polymer skeletonized stock that includes an internal recoil buffer. This model is designed with multiple Picatinny rails, a sling with swivels, and a scope base. The 4095TS has a capacity of 10+1, facilitated by a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, and a last round lock open function.
The carbine is fitted with a 17.5" barrel, contributing to an overall length of 32", and includes an adjustable peep sight. Notably, this model comes with an included laser.
