The Fusion 1911LSBASE9 is a high-quality, original 1911 Series 70 Colt design in a Long-Slide Configuration. Made entirely of steel with no plastic components, the frame, slide, and barrel have been CNC machined from bar-stock for precision and durability. The frame features a checkered front-Strap and Mainspring housing mag-well for a firm grip.
This 6 inch Long-Slide gun has been meticulously gunsmith fitted, ensuring superior accuracy right out of the box. The ejection port has been lowered and relieved to enhance performance, and a power style extractor has been added for reliability. The traditionally designed pistol is compatible with standard Colt style replacement parts, making maintenance while preserving the vintage charm easy.
Additional features include a skeletonized hammer for faster cycling, a beveled magazine entrance with Mag-Well Mainspring, an extended thumb safety, and a Beavertail grip safety standard. Sitting atop the slide are premium LPA fully adjustable Match/target sights with fiber optic front, which aid immensely in accurate target acquisition. The pistol also has a target-crowned HD Chrome barrel that ensures excellent accuracy and simplifies cleaning.
To add an extra hint of luxury, the 1911LSBASE9 is endowed with Premium Red Cocobolo exotic hardwood grips. With a mag capacity of 8+1 and an unloaded weight of 41.87oz, it is a comfortable and smooth firearm to handle. The package includes one magazine and the Fusion Limited Lifetime Warranty.
