The Fusion 1911CCO9 is an original 1911 Series 70 Colt design available in 45 acp/9mm caliber with a 4.2 CCO Configuration. This is an all-steel product, meaning no plastic components are used. The Frame, Slide, and Barrel are precision CNC machined from Bar-Stock and are precision gunsmith fitted.
The HD Chrome barrel is target-crowned for premium accuracy and uncomplicated cleaning. Out of the box, you get superior accuracy courtesy of a positive barrel lock-up. The ejection port has been lowered and relieved to improve performance, and it includes a tuned Power style extractor.
Our traditional 70 series design is compatible with standard Colt style replacement parts. Rapid cycling is ensured by a lightweight, skeletonized hammer. The Frame & Mainspring housing has a rounded butt for added carry comfort.
You'll appreciate the easy sight change-out made possible by Novak compatible sight cuts. Our 1911CCO9 also boasts Premium red cocobolo exotic hardwood grips and a beveled magazine entrance. All Fusion products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The weight without a magazine is 34.22oz, with a mag capacity of 7+1, and it includes one magazine.
Fusion's Freedom Series CCO Carry model is a robust 70 series pistol designed with both carry and defensive style target shooting in mind. It features our Sure-grip aggressive rear cocking serrations, classic commander ring hammer, beavertail grip safety, Novak compatible sights, extended combat thumb safety, lowered and relieved ejection port, and a beveled magazine well. Carry comfort is enhanced by a rounded butt of frame and mainspring housing.
