Introducing the FN 36-100740, also known as the FN 15 Guardian. This model takes the tried-and-tested FN design and incorporates it into a brand new Modern Sporting Rifle (MSR) suitable for both home defenders and sport shooters. This new carbine is guaranteed to perform in all manners of conditions and comes with the necessary enhancements for diving-tack accuracy: a nitrided 16-inch CMV steel MIL-B-11595 barrel and 15-inch free-float aluminum handguard.
The FN 15 Guardian operates with a mid-length gas system that mitigates recoil, coupled with a low-profile gas block that directs the gas to the mil-spec bolt carrier. Weighing only 6.6 lbs., the lightweight yet speedy carbine boasts upgrades for optimal control. Both the pistol grip and the magazines feature in-mold stippling for an enhanced grip, while the 6-position stock assures a secure lock-up as well as an appropriate cheek weld.
The 24-slot M-LO free-float aluminum handguard offers abundant space to mount lights, sights, and any other required attachments, thanks to its anti-rotation pinch-lock design, which interfaces with the upper receiver ready for any optic installation.

Key features of this weapon include a 15-inch-free-float handguard with a continuous 12 O'Clock Picatinny rail combined with 24 M-LO slots positioned at 3, 6, and 9 O'Clock during operation, and an accurately tuned 16-inch barrel.
Other notable attributes include an 8620 steel nitride-coated bolt carrier, a 9310 steel MPI bolt, a gas key that is MIL-SPEC sealed, torqued and staked, and a hard coat anodized Forged 7075 lower receiver for extreme durability.
The gun also features a 16-inch nitride coated barrel with a 1:7 twist, a high pressure tested MPI after proof firing and an A2-style flash hider with dimensions of 1/2x28 TPI. Accompanying the barrel are a 15-inch extruded aluminum free-floating continuous top rail and 24 M-LO slots.
The FN 15 Guardian features customizable FN 6-position snag-free buttstock with multiple sling attachment points, an Ergonomic FN pistol grip at a 19. angle, aggressive texturing for total control, a MIL-SPEC trigger and operating controls, and comes with a 30-round FN polymer magazine.
