The Ed Brown Custom EVOKC9G4 is a beautifully designed Evolution KC9 that pays a beautiful tribute to the Kobra Carry. It has established itself as the benchmark of high-end custom 1911s with its next-generation Ed Brown Bobtail, a sturdy stainless steel base, and a unique Snakeskin treatment. Despite these advancements, it completely preserves the quintessential 1911 controls and handling traits. Moreover, it can utilize standard 1911 magazines, as well as standard 1911 grips with the Ed Brown Bobtail cut.
This model boasts an external extractor, an adjustable front sight, a reduced ledge-style rear sight, a powerful bull barrel, and a flat wire recoil spring system. Additionally, the slide has been brilliantly re-engineered to 4", noticeably thinned for weight reduction, and features an exclusive 7-top custom cut, adorned with special front and rear serrations. A recessed slide stop wraps up this wonderful package. The model is presented with an elegant black frame and slide finish.
