The Complete Ready to Drop In Shorty H-Bar Upper with full Lower Kit ( Less Stripped Receiver ) by Del-Ton includes everything needed to 16" heavy barrel assembly plus all parts needed to complete the rifle stripped lower receiver.

Features The complete 16" Heavy Barrel assembly as above, plus all componants needed to build a complete rifle ( less stripped lower receiver ).

Upper is complete and ready to drop in and push pin.  Rifle Kit comes with everything needed to complete a stripped lower receiver . Includes fully assembled, headspaced and test fired upper receiver, lower parts kit and M4 6 position collapsible buttstock.

Barrel is marked 5.56 and is properly chambered and rated to effectively feed and fire both the 5.56 Nato round and .223 Remington.
