The Daniel Defense 0212830075055 is a testament to the expert quality of AR15 style Hunter rifles. Crafted for the contemporary sportsman, these rifles brilliantly combine Daniel's proven designs with extreme toughness, precision, and powerful impact. The heart of the design is a 16" Cold Hammer Forged barrel, assuring you shooting accuracy with a variety of projectiles.
The barrel and Carbine gas system are perfectly shrouded in the MFR 15.0 free-floating handguard. Ample room for any accessory required for your hunting feats, the versatile design includes a continuous picatinny rail atop and M-Lok attachment points on the sides and bottom. Its 5/8x24 TPI threaded barrel is fitted with a conveniently removable, knurled thread protector, perfect for those who may wish to attach a suppressor or other muzzle devices.
Right out of the box, the Hunter 300 Blackout also comes equipped with a two-stage Geissele Super Semi-Auto trigger and an ambidextrous safety selector. It features the GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle that caters to both left-handed and right-handed users. The rifle is finished with a Daniel Defense Buttstock, a Pistol grip and an eye-catching, hydro-dipped Kryptek Highlander camo pattern.
Key aspects of materials and construction include a CNC machined Mil-Spec lower and upper receiver composed of 7075-T6 Aluminum, a Chrome Moly Vanadium Steel barrel, a Pinned Low Profile Gas Block, and a 12L14 Steel Salt Bath Nitride Finished Thread protector. The Bolt Carrier Group follows an M16 profile with a Mil-Spec MP-tested Chrome Lining. The handguard is a CNC machined Daniel Defense MFR 15.0 of 6061-T6 Aluminum, featuring M-Lok attachment. The GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle is CNC machined out of 7075-T6 Aluminum with Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Roll Pins and is Type III Hard Coat Anodized. The Daniel Defense Buttstock and Pistol Grip are made from Glass Filled Polymer with Soft Touch Overmolding. Overall, the rifle displays a spectacular Kryptek Highlander finish.
The Hunter is proudly made in the USA and weighs 6.55 lbs. It features a Caliber .300 Blackout, a 16” Barrel profile, a Carbine Gas System, 5/8 24 TPI Muzzle thread, and is 32 1/4-35 7/8 in length. It comes with a Magpul PMAG 30 AR 300 B GEN M3 Magazine and is housed in a Daniel Defense Full-Latch Impact Plastic Case to ensure its secure transportation and storage. All of these features are expertly crafted by Daniel Defense.
