Each knife in the series sports a blade of German 4116 Steel that's been cryo-quenched to razor sharpness, allowing for easy re-sharpening at work or on a field. The handles are as sophisticated as the blade, featuring a sturdy Zy-Ex core for durability. They are wrapped in a softer, food-safe Kray-Ex exterior that guarantees a comfortable, non-slip grip for prolonged use.
