PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CMMG's MkG Guard is an AR15-style rifle chambered in 45 ACP. The Guard is fed from factory Glock 21 magazines and uses CMMG's patent-pending Radial Delayed Blowback operating system that tames the 45 ACP cartridge while simultaneously reducing the weight and felt recoil of the rifle. It also features a patent-pending dual-pinned, fully machined bolt catch linkage, making the operation of the rifle both easy and intuitive. The Guard is threaded (.578"-28 tpi) to accept most common 45 ACP suppressors, and is the perfect carbine for defending your home or enjoying a day at the range. The barrel is 4140 steel with a medium taper, 1:16" twist, and a black SBN (Salt Bath Nitride) finish capped with CMMG's SV muzzle brake. It has a forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver with a billet 7075-T6 aluminum lower receiver, and CMMG's single stage mil-spec style trigger.

This model has a black Magpul CTR buttstock with 6-position mil-spec receiver extension, Magpul MOE pistol grip, 16.1" barrel, and CMMG's free-floating 14" keymod handguard.
