The Browning AB3 Composite Stalker brings the renowned accuracy and performance of the A-Bolt into a cost-effective package. Every free-floating barrel benefits from individual finishing with a hand-reamed chamber, yielding higher precision and stringent headspace control. Equipped with a target-style recessed crown, it ensures uniform gas release to avoid trajectory disruption, while also protecting against potential accidental impact damage that might harm accuracy.
The receiver is perfectly drilled and tapped for scope mounts, employing dual 8-40 screws for each base to guarantee a reliable optics mounting platform. With a unique integrated trigger design, a crisp 3.5-pound pull provides a glass-like break. The robust, precision-engineered standard-length steel action offers the ability to place the scope very close to the bore's center, decreasing the gap between the bore and the optical centerline.
Its spacious trigger guard allows easy access even when wearing gloves. Additionally, the AB3 Stalker boasts an electroless matte nickel-plated bolt body featuring a 60-degree bolt lift, and a bolt unlock button allowing you to unload the chamber whilst the top tang safety remains in the secure on-safe position.
