The front and rear action bedding promote stability, sustains barrel to stock spacing, and helps ensure consistent accuracy. The design also incorporates a recessed muzzle crown for enhanced rifling protection against potential damage.
With safety as a primary concern, the X-Bolt features a bolt unlock button that works in tandem with a top-tang safety mechanism. This ensures additional security while checking and unloading the chamber. The X-Bolt range also includes the innovative three-lever Feather Trigger system, providing a clean, crisp trigger pull.
