The Cynergy's ultra-low profile is incomparable in its field. Put simply, the debut of the Browning Cynergy prompted a revolution in the universe of over and under shotguns, setting new standards for innovation and sophistication. At the heart of its design is the avant-garde Reverse Striker ignition system. This mechanism, built around a striker-based, mechanical trigger, delivers numerous advantages, including a sharp, clean feel, reduced lock time, and less over-travel compared to other over and under shotguns. Moreover, as the hammers setting doesn't rely on inertia, the probability of the second barrel misfire is effectively eradicated.
Target models of Cynergy come outfitted with the Triple Trigger System that allows for adjustments in the length of pull and offers the option to switch between different styles of trigger shoes such as wide checkered, narrow smooth, or wide smooth canted. The thoughtful implementation of the Inflex Technology recoil pad system results in a notably reduced felt recoil by 25% on 12 gauge guns, and virtually eliminates recoil on smaller gauge firearms. An adjustable comb and a 1/4" stock spacer facilitate a customized, comfortable fit. Included with this superior firearm are three extended Invector-Plus banded choke tubes – full, modified, and improved cylinder.
