The Beretta GJ42XM16 J42XM16, also known as the A400 Xtreme semiauto shotgun, is the ultimate choice for both upland and waterfowl hunting and target shooting. Designed for quick follow-up shots, the action is fitted with built-in rails for effortless optics mounting.
The A400 Xtreme stands out with its Blink technology, which shoots 36 percent faster than any other type of semiauto shotgun. This shotgun's synthetic stock incorporates Beretta's Kick-Off system and features an ultra-soft Micro-Core butt-pad, designed to significantly minimize recoil and ensures a recoil parallel to the cheek mount.
This shotgun model showcases the OptimaBore HP barrel's finish, which offers exceptional resistance against water, powder, sand, and salt spray. The A400 Xtreme Plus is further enhanced with Beretta's exclusive Steelium Plus barrel, guaranteeing superior patterning with all hunting loads and providing further recoil mitigation.
The barrel also features a step rib with an integrated mid-bead and a fiber optic front bead, along with extended forcing cones. Moreover, it possesses a soft comb to reduce the felt recoil to the shooter's cheek, ensuring maximum comfort.
The A400 Xtreme Plus extends its features with a larger loading port, an extended charging handle and bolt release, and the Aqua Technology, a protective coating to withstand the most extreme environmental conditions.
