The Barrett 18504, also known as the MRAD, is a highly adaptable system that doesn't skimp on performance. This bolt-action rifle exemplifies the next generation of long-range precision firearms with its unwavering accuracy. The MRAD is uniquely equipped with a changeable barrel system that can easily be removed by loosening two bolts with a typical Torx wrench. This clever design not only lessens maintenance and logistical concerns but also offers user-level caliber interchangeability and serviceability with the MRAD rifle's barrel kits.
In addition to the advanced barrel system, the MRAD sports a fully adjustable match-grade trigger module that is readily accessible for users. The safety feature, which is thumb-operated, can be adapted for either left or right-hand operation. The user-friendly ambidextrous magazine release enables easy use while maintaining a proper firing grip and cheek weld. The forward portion of the rifle's receiver has been thoughtfully drilled and tapped to accommodate accessory rails at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions.
