One of Arsenal's exclusive features is the Milled and Forged Receiver. Every SAM7SF receiver is derived from a hot-die hammer forged receiver blank by Arsenal Bulgaria. The hot-die hammer forging process employed by Arsenal results in superior, finer-grained steel. This 5-ton hammer forging eliminates internal voids and cooling deformations that might compromise the structure of the receiver.
In fact, each forged receiver blank goes through a meticulous milling process for over 5.5 hours before it is ready for assembly. While the process may be complex and time-consuming, it is Arsenal's attention to minute details that ensures the production of a receiver with unparalleled strength, precision, and durability.
We've also integrated the Fime Group Enhanced Fire Control Group in the SAM7SF-84EGM. This includes FM-922EUS, the Enhanced Fire Control Group (FCG) for AK- and RPK-based firearms. The package comprises a single-hook trigger, hammer, disconnector, and disconnector springs.
FIME's Enhanced FCG takes the shooting experience to a new level by reducing trigger journey with a remarkably smooth and light trigger pull. To prevent unintentional discharges, the disconnector face maintains full contact with the hammer. In addition, it has an elongated tail specifically engineered to stop on the rear trigger guard rivet.
