This hot-die hammer forging manufacturing process creates a stronger, fine-grained steel, as it effectively eradicates internal voids and cooling deformations. Each forged receiver blank undergoes more than 5.5 hours of milling before assembly. The SAM7SF-84EFDEM also includes the Enhanced Fire Control Group by the Fime Group. This feature, abbreviated as FCG, works seamlessly with AK- and RPK-based firearms. It consists of a single-hook trigger, hammer, disconnector, and disconnector springs. This improved FCG ensures reduced trigger travel, delivering an impressively smooth and lightweight trigger pull.
